Fabby hotel... disappointed in extras to be paid for tea and coffee .. no room in fridge for any items purchased

No robes or slippers for use but Julius suite was great size and super sized bed .. fantastic

This was my first time at ceasers palace in Las Vegas and it will be extremely difficult if not impossible to book anywhere else. There are plenty of tables and none of them were too crowded to slide in. But most importantly the bar service was on point! We were served fast and with a smile. Oh and the Octavious room is spacious and very comfy. All in all this is a five star hotel experience.

The hotel is huge. I got the deluxe room with 2 queen beds. Room is spacious and about as clean as you can expect - not a surgical suite, but then... The only other positive is that it is centrally located. The car drop off is always busy, which is to be expected. You walk in straight into the casino, the lobby is to the left. Lobby is nice, but no seating whatsoever! The receptionist did not offer any upgrades, gave no maps (this was my first time here), and was quick to hush us away. The positive is that I got the room at 1pm, instead of 3 or 4 pm. The negative is that it was about as far as one could get - the very end of the hallway. We were on the 4th floor and had the lovely view of the air conditioner unit and other rooftop equipment. The walls are pretty thin, bring earplugs or you will hear everything the neighbors are doing. The water pressure was fine, the regulator was off - we were getting either tepid or piping hot water. Towels could certainly have been nicer. The beds are great, the pillows a bit thin, but there are 4 per bed. Mini bar is $25 a day and that includes the coffee maker. What hotel has no free in room coffee nowadays? The internet is $14.99 a day and is included in the resort fee of $39.96 a day. That is misleading, because receptionist mentioned nothing, and when signing onto the internet, it seemed like there was an option for either just WiFi, or resort fee, which is WiFi plus pool access. It is also worth mentioning that the cell phone connection in our room was almost nonexistent - we could text and make the calls, which would connect, and we could hear the other party, but they could not hear us. Overall, pretty mediocre and unremarkable! Will not go back!!!

Thanks for the comments regarding your recent experience. We are pleased you had a satisfactory stay with us, though we apologize for any disappointment in the resort fee policy and outside noise. We hope to see you again soon.

From the Restaurants to the gambling venues, we love staying at a hotel that pays particular attention to us and the quality of their amenities.
Shops are great and we never leave Caesars without buying something of value.
