We stayed in the Hard Rock hotel for the first time and it was a great experience. Although the whole complex is huge and it takes time to come from one to another part of the building through casino and a lot of shops and restaurants. Our check in process was quite short. We got our room in Paradise tower. It was great room with wonderful view on the pools. Room was very spacious and clean and well maintained. Beds were perfect to have good night sleep. We were unpleasantly surprised early in the afternoon when we find out the concierge already left the hotel. It was odd for such a big hotel. We loved the pool but it was very crowded since only one pool out of three pools was opened. Surprise was even bigger at 7 p.m. when they closed the only still functioning pool. In other hotels we were used to use swimming pools even after the sunset but in Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas at 7 p.m. when it was still sunny and hot. We were truly disappointed because of that.
Our best experience was Raiding Rock Vault, super cool journey through rock history. We really enjoyed the performance.
Overall experience was good but there is still a lot of room to improve customers experience.More
