Terrible restaurants, rude staff and overall bad experience. I went for a relaxing vacation and was very disappointed. The only positive thing was the room. That was ok, but you don’t go to Vegas to sleep. Everything else was terrible

The transformation to “The Park” is going to be exceptional. State of the art check-in & check-out services. Friendly service, cleanliness, modest upgrades. If you feel you need a car rental, Avis Car Rental is on site. Easy access to Taxi/Uber/shuttle pick-up/drop off area, not mixed in with valet service.

We spent three nights at the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas. Despite the building work the hotel is spacious and clean, and offers easy access to The Strip. The room was spacious and had most things we needed. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern and spacious.
It would have been good to have coffee making facilities in the room (we left early for the Grand Canyon before the onsite coffee shop opened).
Staff were always courteous and helpful and we would definitely use this hotel again.

This is a great hotel located in an area with easy access to most other hotels either by walking or using the tram systems. The hotel will soon become The Park and is in a good location to attend events at the Arena. The renovations are very well done with improvements made to the casino areas as well.

The room was very dirty, the shower looked like it had never been cleaned and the carpet was wet when we arrived. The hotel was under construction, the casino was very small and poor selection of slots
