I was recently down here for a week at a golf tournament. They have renovated the Sedona tower room and they are quite nice. New paint, carpets, beds, bedding, tvs and the likes. The bathrooms were not renovated and are still quite dated. The rest of the hotel is exactly the same as it was a few years ago. I must share what would be a disturbing situation if you gamble there. We sat down at a 2 deck shoe table to play blackjack. Over the course of a hour and half the we noticed that the dealer would not bust. Everyone at the table was cleaned out. I continued to play and my partner just sat and watched the dealer. She was making strange movements with her hands and my partners swears she was manipulating the deck. I would not take my chances if you want to gamble just go next door to the Colorado Belle you will have a good time there the dealers are way more fun and you will not face potentially being cheated out of your money.

Dear Mr. Butler,
Apology not accepted. I think you should not advertise and charge extra for refurbished rooms when they are only 50% completed. We will never visit again. It is also hard to understand how you allowed your property to deteriorate so much.

Terrible Room Refurbish
Reviewed August 7, 2012
We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms on the 21st floor that cost extra. The main area of the room was nice, but they should have spent a little more to replace the faded yellowish electric outlet plates and old A/C unit. We were shocked to see that the bathroom was not included in the refurbish. The white linoleum floor was stained everywhere and the seams were coming apart. The tub and sliding doors had 20+ years of calcium build-up. The coffee pot was filthy and the towels were very old as well. We were happy to leave the next morning and discovered that video checkout was not yet working in the room.

We apologize for your inconvenience and are sorry your stay was not acceptable. As we remodel and refurbish, corrections continue to be made to bring every room up to our standards. We are in the process of expanding our television viewing options with a new in-room movie system, but unfortunately the video checkout capability had to be disabled for the installation. It will be part of a new extended viewing program when the system is installed. We hope you will reconsider your decision when you plan to return to Laughlin.

Dont leave any valuables in your room I had something taken from mine last week while i was there. Risk management dont seem to care by there attitude they say they are not responsible by Nevada law they dont even call you with a follow up. I say hire honest employees and take any thing of value with you

The remodeled rooms are fantastic. The front desk and bells staff great as always! Only disapointment was we didn't have a river view room this time. First time ever and have never had to ask. Mountains were beautiful as sunset, so made the view of the parking lot worth it!!

Room Tip: Ask for a river view room

Hotel is fine. Rooms are reasonably priced. It has a couple of restaurants. Location is good. Nice views. Overall it is average. Laughlin is pretty low key. People that visit here are older. Younger crowd you will find in Vegas.

Showed up on friday and left sunday. Went with friends, so the hotel was not a priority. If it were just the two of us, I probably wouldn't stay there. No action in the casino. I thought they closed it. food at Coco's was poor. If you can't stay anywhere else, you can survive it there.

Room Tip: Weve stayed at the golden nugget, and it was nicer. And more expensive.
