Great place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Dennis, the host was very accommodating. Greatly appreciated the cold bottled water. Would have been nice to have some mini shampoo bottles since we forgot ours. But for the price, the size, the comfort, one of the best places we have stayed. The online pictures no not do justice to the how large the space really is.
Very clean and fresh decor.
Spacious living room with very comfy couches, no tv channels but plenty to watch via Amazon firestick or vhs/DVD.
Spotless bathroom and shower with lovely fluffy towels.
No food or drink (except water) provided, but there is a kitchen, with shops and dining only a short drive away.
Big comfy beds, only stayed one night, nice and quiet with good views of the night sky.
A good launching pad for trips to and around Death Valley.
Worth a visit.
My wife and I flew out to Las Vegas to visit an ailing relative in Pahrump. We always put great value on the reviews that we read on TA. The reviews for this place were excellent, so we decided to book it for two nights. Clean and roomy with all the amenities you need. Full kitchen, huge bath, large living room. Television comes with Amazon Fire Stick which provides lots of viewing options and literally hundreds of VCR and DVD movies in the bookcase. You are minutes from restaurants, groceries, casinos, etc. All in all, a great stay at a great value!
We flew into Las Vegas and were exploring the area staying in different places. When we arrived here my wife wanted to know why we hadn't spent all 4 days here. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with parking in the driveway at the door. After booking and receiving confirmation, we just called Dennis when we were on our way. He met us at the door, showed us around and we didn't see him or Vivian until the following morning when we were leaving. There is no cable or satellite TV but there is a DVD/VCR player and hundreds of movies to chose from. We didn't explore the immediate area too much but headed to Shoshone, Death Valley and Tecopa, CA to visit the China Date Farm. All are within a reasonable driving distance, especially considering the lack of accommodations in those areas. Since we arrived later in the day and were only staying the night we didn't do any cooking but the kitchen (full size refrigerator, stove, sinks) is complete with everything you should need to prepare meals rather than going out to eat. There is a Kuerig coffee maker with a ground coffee insert so be sure to pack your coffee even if you aren't cooking meals. If you are planning on cooking, grocery stores are just a few minutes away. There is a choice of two beds, a sleep number and a pillow top mattress. We had talked about the chance to try a sleep number but when my wife felt the pillow top, she decided on that one and is still talking about how comfortable it was. The room, actually small apartment (1200 sq feet) was quiet and extremely clean. If we get back to the area this will be our first choice when deciding where to stay.
It was very clean and looked just like the pictures we had seen on the internet.
I would stay there without question if I were in the area again and recommend it to anyone who was in Pahrump. Happy to give it a five star rating.
bigger and roomier than any hotel room i've stayed in pahrump. has all the amenities of a home, especially a complete kitchen. excellent sleeping quarters, too.
my first choice from now on.
