“Fits the needs for Reno, except parking”

Reno-Sparks Convention Center
Reviewed August 22, 2017

Reno-Sparks Convention Center has been home to quite a few events, including high school and college graduations, comic cons, expos, and other sports related events. While the accommodations of this convention center are great, I wish the parking was a little better. Paid parking seems a little ridiculous, I end up parking near the Atlantis or near the shopping center. I recommend planning at least 30 minutes for the parking, otherwise you will be paying a large amount.

Have visited here many times as both a seller and a buyer, it's big and well ventilated. Also well insulated.

Attending the 2017 National American Legion Convention. Good location. Great facility. Friendly staff. I would have like to see more cafe court options. But overall a great convention location. Travel safe..

We were vendors at the Crossroads of the West gunshow in July. These facilities are run well. There is good access to load and unload and the crew at the convention center is great to work with. However, the parking fees are high. For the public to have to pay to park and then pay an admittance fee to the venues is a lot for a family. The City of Reno should reconsider this. And, for vendors to have to pay for each event is a bit high when we are bringing the people into the facility.

Attended a convention here recently. Great space! Lighting was great as well as the air conditioning. Even though there was a random pigeon that was stuck inside (haha).
