Exquisite mountain views, fresh air and a hardy lunch is not what I had expected at Bethlehem Country Club. Having assumed that, like many other clubs, there would be a formal setting, 6 pieces of silverware to negotiate and a haughty hostess. I was thrilled to see a hand written sandwich board with sandwiches that ranged from fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil to roast beef on a pannini served with French fries. I had the turkey and my Father had the roast beef. DELICIOUS. We ate outside on the balcony and enjoyed views of the golf course and mountains. The service was prompt and friendly......the kitchen is open concept and they have a nice bar with several selections of beer and liquors for mixed cocktails.

This is a hidden gem. Restaurant is on second floor of Bethlehem Country Club. Has nice dining area, but the star seating is on the balcony overlooking the golf course and mountains. Don't expect fancy, but you will get freshly prepared food at reasonable prices, with a nicely stocked bar. While most patrons are members of the club, or are daily fee visitors, the restaurant is open to the public. Be sure and check the hours, as they are some what limited.

On the weekends, breakfast is great. We enjoy lunch here, too, on the verandah overlooking the golf course. Good, basic menu. We wish this were year 'round instead of seasonal.

And a great atmosphere, friendly staff, so the fact that the food was about average, as was the price, is no big deal. If it feels like you are dining in an old rural golf course setting among locals, you would be right - you are. And that is the appeal of the place. It's charming. Will try something different on the menu next time.
