Exquisite mountain views, fresh air and a hardy lunch is not what I had expected at Bethlehem Country Club. Having assumed that, like many other clubs, there would be a formal setting, 6 pieces of silverware to negotiate and a haughty hostess. I was thrilled to see a hand written sandwich board with sandwiches that ranged from fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil to roast beef on a pannini served with French fries. I had the turkey and my Father had the roast beef. DELICIOUS. We ate outside on the balcony and enjoyed views of the golf course and mountains. The service was prompt and friendly......the kitchen is open concept and they have a nice bar with several selections of beer and liquors for mixed cocktails.
