We called in to this little winery after finding out they had a new chef from 'Noma' in Sydney. WOW Baxter you are a gun in the kitchen, We order the 8 course trust the chef menu.
Once the food started rolling out I was in ore of this chef talent every piece of food was presented perfectly on beautiful crockery, board and bark.
We ended up get nearly 14 dishes each we got snacks and pallet clensiers were added to the the meal.
The only problem I could find was the over use of native lime (personal I don't like lime) such a small negative.
Overall experience was GREAT
