While visiting family in Brentwood NH the week before Easter we had tried dinner at The Kingston 1686 the evening before Easter. Not many other folks were dining, assuming the big rush would be Easter afternoon. They had a large room set up for the Easter Brunch crowd and it looked like it would accommodate a large group.
Service was very slow and the there were very few dinners, plenty of servers. My main interest in the dining was to have the onion soup. It was excellent and served very hot. Unfortunately the rest of the dinner was average and served cold, again the service was very slow. Don't think our next trip from California will include dinner here.
