We had plans to eat at a restaurant up the road from Littleton, but when the line to get in was ridiculously long an employee there recommended The Coffee Pot in Littleton. We set it into the GPS and Waze, but both indicated we were to look on the left side of the street. We did not see it. We got lost in picturesque Littleton, but on our way back through town, I was determined to find The Coffee Pot, so slowly we drove through town again. And, there it was, next to the theater!
The Coffee Pot was wonderful. The staff and the owner were delightful. It’s a small breakfast & lunch spot, so seating is in short supply, but the meal portions were large and the flavor was huge. I decided on the blueberry pancakes, since I was in New Hampshire. I added pure maple syrup to my order to get the full effect. So good!! We were happy that we were persistent, because a stop at The Coffee Pot Restaurant was a perk to vacationing in New Hampshire.
