We flew into Manchester late and needed a place to stay prior to heading north for ski trip. Took the shuttle to the hotel, driver was prompt and courteous. Took the shuttle back to the airport next morning and picked up the rental car, very convenient. Used points to pay for the room, we actually got a suite with a fireplace for the same number of points as a double queen room. Very nice deal. Breakfast was normal Express food.Staff was great.

So, we have to be in Manchester early and the Super Bowl is on that evening, knowing we would be up late decided to go a night early, book a room and watch the game ....Absolutely unbelievable....they did not have the game in the rooms to watch...however we could sit in the lobby and watch it there......what a joke, very disappointed in the hotel we usually choose to stay at. To top it off the breakfast looked good but the plastic forks were so cheap you had to fight to pick up you food, can't they afford forks???? Also there was no butter to be found and nobody there to ask so left!

If you are flying from MHT this is the place to stay. The staff bend over to insure a good experience and will work with you should flights be delayed or cancelled.. EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
The hotel is starting to show its age a bit but it is clean and well maintained. If you have a problem rest assured the staff will tend to it quickly!

Room tip: I always try to get a room away from elevators and this is especially a good tip with any hotel that caters to the airport crowd. Some people may be leaving at 4 AM and others arriving. I find that others are not always as considerate when walking a hallway--loud talking and laughing-- or closing (slamming) doors.

Check in is a breeze, staff are friendly and inviting.

My room was spotless, no issues to complain about. I was on the second floor and you can barely hear anything coming from street level or outside your door.

Right next door to their mall and central to great variety of restaurants. Less than 10 mins from the airport is a plus! The gym has what you need: 2 treadmills, stationary bike, elliptical. Could use more free weights but I was able to get basic workouts in.

Breakfast is the standard options for Holiday Inn Express: scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon, regular/turkey sausage, cereals, fruits, yogurt, juices, COFFEE.

Looking forward to staying here again next time!

They have a very friendly and helpful staff. Checking in and out was very fast and smoothly handled. Clean and well equipped handicap room and they gladly accepted my service hearing dog into my room. It was a great location for the reason of my trip. All together It was a very pleasant stay.
