I stayed here during Christmas to visit family in New Hampshire. It was good but it needed cleaning. Complimentary breakfast included scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, cereals, coffee, toast, hashbrowns or breakfast potatoes. They had sliced pineapple(?). The rugs were not clean. Two big beds and one of them when I sat on it smelled like perspiration. Not many channels to select from DISH tv.
Not at all up to Homewood Suites' usual standards. Indifferent staff, no service even when asked for. Poor breakfast overall. A traveler looking to stay comfortably for a couple of night can do much better.
We stayed 3 nights stranded during the Southwest Airlines fiasco in a 1-bedroom suite with a living room and full kitchen, which was comfortable with no problems. Front desk was responsive. Breakfast was scarce on first morning (Monday) though hot foods were available. The next mornings more and more items were added. The social Hour advertised for every weeknight on the sign in the lounge is only on Wednesdays (no alcohol. salad and soup and cookies). Website states there is a parking charge, but we were not charged. We did not use the pool. Hallway needed vacuumed.
Full size refrigerator DID NOT work, so no way to keep food and drinks cold. Hotel staff refused to fix the situation - very unprofessional staff, no manager on duty, and no one at front desk for over 30 minutes. Mold in bathroom shower panels that were separating. This is an OSHA violation. Unidentified stains on both sides of couch cushions, cabinet hinges falling off in kitchen area, and only two utensils in kitchen. Very poorly managed and the staff and manager didn’t care to solve the issues either. As a very experienced traveler using Hiltons, I am very disappointed in the dirty and unkept condition of this hotel - it is evident that management does not care. Stay at the Marriott across the street .
We recently stayed in a two bedroom suite. Housekeeping did a good job. But the room falls short in so many ways.
Shower curtains have mold on the bottom. Tub and shower walls are in bade shape need either caulk or replacing. Couch is shabby and beat up. Stove extremely marred and scratched up. Furniture is worn with beat up corners. Desperately needs updating.
