Was an impromptu stay while traveling through to inquire about a trade show they host in fall. Front desk staff was so kind that we stayed the night. They make every attempt to make you feel at home and comfortable.

My husband and I were turned away from staying here after we had made our reservations the week prior. We have existing medical conditions that prevent us from wearing a mask and we were told that even if we had a medical note, they wouldn't have let us in. The manager and assistant manager told us to leave and did not offer any other accommodations or suggestions on where to go. Thankfully we had the means to find another place to stay, but I feel for the those who maybe wouldn't have, they would have been sleeping in their car. Very disrespectful and inhumane, do not recommend staying here if you want to be treated properly, like a human being.

My wife and I was completely kicked out to the street by the assistant manager at Bartley with the approval of the general manager Tammy Hutchinson because of our health issues. Complete violation of our Civil rights. They did absolutely nothing to help us, told us to leave after canceling our reservations. Did not even help us find a place. Never been treated with so much disrespect from another human.

We have stayed at the Residence Inn multiple times this winter. They have always accommodated our request to stay on the first floor. The rooms are always cleaned and well maintained. The hot chocolate, cookies, and s’mores are a hit with the kids. The people working at the front desk are very attentive and kind. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

We booked one night in a room with a fireplace, it was delicious, as were the champagne and chocolates in the room as part of of package. The room and entire facility was very clean, and comfortable. My only thought on the breakfast would be to offer something more than a store bought muffin, yogurt and water. I know it Covid time, but you have self serve coffee but how about juice? Or some hard boiled eggs for a different protein. Since all units have full kitchens you could offer grab and go frozen breakfast sandwiches one could heat up on their own. The rates haven't dropped it seems of all the Marriott properties I have stayed at as a Bonvoy member, yet the breakfasts have all taken a hit.
