“Beautiful Inn, Wonderful Stay!”
Reviewed 15 August 2011

We stayed at the Inn for one night passing through on our New England Adventure. The room was absolutely beautiful, very clean, the bathroom was huge. I loved how the room was decorated. The staff was wonderful and very helpful on places to visit in the town which was a short walking distance away. Waking up in the morning sitting on the beautiful covered porch drinking our delicious coffee was a perfect way to start our day the following morning. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a Deluxe room. It was very large room with an equally spacious bathroom. The room was very clean and smelled fresh as we were located right next to the laundry room. Well light outside when returning from an evening out. Within walking distance to all major attractions. This is out new favorite place to stay!

Rooms were beautiful. Quick walk to downtown North Conway. Close to ski areas. Didn't try their restaurant next door as it seemed a bit pricey. Will be back again next winter!

We stayed here for the first time in June, and thought it was charming. The room was well-decorated and comfortable. It is very quintessential New England. The service was pretty good, not excellent. We will stay again.

We turned up at this Inn and were offered a choice of rooms (we were travelling off season) and chose the King room, room 9. It was massive! The King bed must have been a Superking, at least. There was a comfy settee in front of a coffee table and a gas fire with a flatscreen tv.

The Inn is about 100 yds from the main street so the location is fantastic. (I'm not a great shopper but the Outlets at North Conway were very good.) This is an excellent place to stay before or after the Kancamagus Highway, much nicer than the plethora of freaky themed places nearby!

It's an old house and feels like it, and we did have to move at least 6 glass and china ornaments in our room to a chest in the corner before we could relax.

The parking is at the back of the house, it seemed very secure and more than ample even if all the rooms had been occupied. The wifi was handy too.

All in all it's a lovely place and the staff are very friendly. It's not 'polished' but it is homely, very relaxing.

Room Tip: Room 9 is Huge!

Our first time at the Kearsarge...and NOT our last. Heather was very welcoming and accomodating.. The Penthouse was very spacious and comfortalbe and the gas fireplaces were a nice touch after coming in from the cold rain. Another plus was the location of the Inn...it's within walking distance to downtown North Conway and all the fun and interesting shops!

Absolutely amazing and far beyond expectations! My husband surprised me this past weekend with a getaway to the Kearsarge Inn to celebrate my 29th birthday. We tend to think inns in general are "hit or miss" with many of them old, run down, and not really kept up to modern standards. Not this one! We were overwhelmingly impressed when we arrived at the Kearsarge. Modern, clean and completely renovated. We stayed in a deluxe room which was huge and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was also oversized and included a fantastic bathtub and separate shower. We had perfect views of Mount Cranmore and love the accessibilty of being able to walk downtown.

If you are deciding between an overpriced and overpacked chain hotel in the area- opt for the Kearsarge. You won't be dissapointed.
