We liked the place, service and atmosphere but we really enjoyed food.
Draft Beer was excellent.
We had chicken chimichanga, chicken alfredo, tortellini.
Pasta was al dente.
What could ask for more ?
Thanks.

Thank Eric H

This restaurant is very cute.
Food was good, with generous portions and reasonable prices.
The Steak Tips were GREAT!
The 1/2 lb Hamburg was very good.
They offer discounts with room key from several local places, be sure to ask.

We stopped by the Lucky Dog Tavern & Grill for lunch on our way through Plymouth. We were hoping to eat outside as the weather was really nice. Unfortunately, it didn't seem as though they were well setup for service on the deck which was only accessible by going downstairs through the bar. No matter, we decided to go back upstairs and eat indoors. The food was very good. My wife had an eggplant casserole with ziti and a bowl of onion soup. I went with a bowl of chili and a pulled pork sandwich. The chili was top notch, and I also tasted the onion soup, which was also quite good. Both of our entrees were very good. Service was also good. My only minor complaint is that there is only 1 restroom upstairs in the dining area, and trying to get in when the restaurant is busy can be frustrating. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed it and we won't hesitate to stop in again the next visit to Plymouth

Dinner menu was surprisingly complete. Steak tips were very good and the other meals were well above-average. Service was good, but not great. Bar downstairs is fun and a good "watering hole".

We lived here a few years ago, and Lucky Dog was always a favorite for its food and service. We were recently back in the area visiting, and it was good to see they are still offering the same high-quality service. It was semi-busy when we arrived, but we were seated quickly and they came right back to take our drink orders. The drinks we ordered were perfectly made. We tried the special for the night, cheeseburger potato skins, for an appetizer. They came out quite quickly and were piping hot. Lots
of toppings and cheese! We ordered BBQ steak tips and a loaded baked potato and a Caesar salad with teriyaki steak tips on top. We like our steak done differently, and they didn't disappoint, with both of them done perfectly. The steak was melt in your mouth. The loaded baked potato came out with cheese and bacon on it and sour cream on the side, which was nice to put the right amount on. It was also served with sautéed Brussel sprouts, which were a nice change. The salad was perfectly dressed with large slivers of Parmesan and a flavorful dressing atop good crispy romaine. We would have loved to have had dessert, but were both stuffed! Service was excellent. Our waitress came back multiple times to check on us and deliver anything additional we needed. Still just as satisfied with this establishment as we used to be!!
