I have to agree with the reviewers thus far. Fantastic location, friendly staff, and all around a nice place to stay. Within easy commuting distance from NYC via Path train. Food is somewhat expensive; however, with so many restaurants to choose from, I have no idea why anyone would eat there. Bathroom amenities were great as well, with products from Bliss. The only "slight" downside was a rather noisy AC/heating unit in the room. I found it a bit bothersome. It didn't wake us while we slept; however, I kept wondering why the hotel would put in such a unit. Our party was in several rooms, and all the rooms contained the same unit. I did love the fact that the windows actually opened up. And, the view of NYC was phenomenal.
However, when we got home tonight, we found a curious overcharge of over 100 US on our credit card statement from the W. We tried to contact the office in charge but it is a Sunday, and they were closed. Hopefully, it will be rectified tomorrow.
