We booked this hotel as it is close by to my friends place. The size of the room is very small barely you can walk with bed and furniture around. Rooms did not smell well either.
Some of the staff specially from the restaurant side were very grumpy.
Good side is location is good and free voucher for coffee was provided. Parking is free. Supermarket is close by so did pick up hot meals. Microwave is available but no kettle to have hot water for Tea.
There are shopping areas but require to drive down between 5-10 min.
Lift was available but did not use them.

Room tip: Request room at the same level of parking ie 1st floor

The Kenilworth is nice place to stay - but long walk to elevators. The small bar was nice, but service staff did not know how to make mixed drinks. Expensive to buy a drink you cannot finish . Easy to find - right off of 287.?

Went for a wedding and spent the night. The room was very nice and we got a great night's sleep. WE appreciated the little details such as a shower cap in the bathroom which I've never really seen at other hotels. The rooms could use some updating, but nothing major. The staff was very pleasant. The venue was beautiful. Less than 5 minutes away was a diner with delicious food. Would definitely go back again.

Apart from being very close to the office, there was nothing exciting about this place. The staff were generally not warm or hospitable. Save for the gentlemen at the front desk when I was checking out, it appeared they were not happy to have me there, or they were just unhappy, period! I needed an international adapter and the response I got was "Sorry, we're out of". On my last day there, i found out there was a mega store next door that carried it.
The bathroom was clean, there were more than enough towels and the facilities were generally good. It was the spirit of the place, it was not welcoming AT ALL. Not going back there.

Front desk staff had terrible attitudes and were very rude. Lazy and unprofessional. The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. No complimentary breakfast and no pool. Need new team at check in. They were sitting in the back laughing loudly and cursing while customers were passing. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning!
