The food and service at de Nova has been very good at both lunch and dinner. The dishes are creative and very tasty. He doesn't mix new ingredients haphazardly- they work together. Sometimes, in their search to be different, chefs create odd combinations, but these seem to work. One reason both food and service are good is that the owner is very watchful. He sees what comes out of the kitchen and he checks to see that the customer is satisfied and getting good service. This hands on attitude goes a long way in making the restaurant of high quality.
