We were very impressed with the hotel. The location is excellent for flying in and out of Newark. The shuttle to the terminal took us 3 minutes to get from the hotel to the terminal. The driver was exceptionally courteous. Check-in was a breeze. The room was a little small, but well equipped with plenty of USB chargers and outlets. Breakfast at the lounge was quick and easy.

Room Tip: We had an end room overlooking the airport. Didn't hear anything

After years of early morning trips from Manhattan to Newark International, we took the Airport bus early evening to stay at the NLIAM. It's an easy 2 min. walk from airport dropoff (we're seniors who walk everywhere...but still seniors). Checkin was easy, fitness room larger and cleaner than most, room preference (high up for a view) was honored, room was immaculate and well structured with side sofa and desk/table. Wake up call also ontime. We shuttled the next morning: driver was prompt, courteous, professional. Thanks, NLIAM employees!

My wife and I stayed here the night before we went on a cruise out of Bayonne. After landing and getting our luggage, We called the hotel and met the shuttle in designated parking spot outside the terminal. We checked in and hit up the restaurant beside the lobby. Surprisingly it was really good as far as hotel spots go. Sunday morning we enjoyed a continental breakfast in the concierge lounge, cleaned up and took a Lyft to the Port. If your stopping in, early flight, late flight, I would recommend this hotel. Even though you can see the hotel from the EWR terminals, i would not attempt to walk to it. Take the shuttle, it will be much safer.

Was booked to stay 4 nights but our flight was cancelled due to snow storms so asked to extend 1 night. Despite initial uncertainty from reception, Maria in reception that evening was reassuring and our booking came good for the extra night. Thank you, we were so relieved not to have to check out as the hotel is in the perfect location for the airport and it’s easy to get into Penn Newark rail station. There are limited places to eat nearby but the restaurant in the lobby had a good selection.

Selected this property due to its proximity to the EWR Airport. Took an Uber to it and you get the Airport tour to get to the hotel.
Check in was slower than expected. Staff members are pretty good overall. Food at the restaurant was tasty.
Room was clean and some what quiet.
Ample outlets for tech and the air-conditioning could be placed on constant fan. Checkout was real slow, just not enough staff to handle the flow.
Shuttle runs every 15 min to the airport and it would be nice if they’d get larger vans...
Fills up quickly... and you wait for the next one, or the next one. Needs improvement in that department. Shuttle driver was awesome.
Top floor breakfast didn’t start on time.
For the price paid, it’s okay.
