We had reservations for dinner yesterday, and arrived at the appointed time. We waited about 15 min or so, with no explanation other than "it'll just be a minute," from the hostess. People kept coming into the foyer, and it was quite crowded and people were confused about the waiting situation. Another hostess finally directed us to a table...in the bar, literally a couple steps from the crowd that had gathered in the hostess station area. Not wanting to sit in the noisy bar/foyer area, I asked the hostess whether we could sit in the dining room, and reminded her that we had reservations for dinner. She seemed a bit flustered, returned to her station to discuss with another hostess, came back to us and said there will be a booth available in 15 minutes in the dining room. Though we were already annoyed with our long wait in spite of having reservations, we agreed to wait for the booth, and suggested to our hostess that they comp us for a drink in the bar. She smiled and walked back to her station. No response, which was expected. (An experienced hostess will ask you first whether you'd like a table in the bar area prior to directing you to said table.). So we ordered and paid for our drinks at the bar, and waited another 10 minutes or so. The hostess returned and took us to the booth. From there on, it was an excellent dinner, and our server Danielle B was absolutely outstanding. Two of us ordered the lobster tails, but our server came back later to tell us they were out of them. She then suggested we order the 2lb lobster, and perhaps split the order. That worked well for us. Others in our party ordered a filet, and tuna - all excellent. Also, Danielle's wine suggestions were on point. She even provided us with tasting glasses prior to ordering our wine. Due to our poor experience at the hostess station, I cannot give it five stars. Waiting 25 minutes for a table when we had reservations and arrived on time - totally unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber.

Aniversary dinner, the service was amazing, the food also amazing. It's a large place but it's broken up a bit to make it feel warmer. We sat close to the kitchen and didn't hear a thing. All in all it was a very nice dinner. Would Definitely Go Back But Keep For special Occasions As It Is Pricey.

My fiancee and I stumbled on this place and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. My fiancee commented very favorably on the lighting and the decor. She had a rib eye steak sandwich that she loved, although she did not appreciate the "special" fries. I had a Caesar salad with grilled sirloin, which was very tasty! The service was very friendly and helpful. The wine list was extensive, but the house Malbec was fine for us! We skipped desert, yet a delicious piece of cheesecake was sent home with me when the staff learned it was my birthday! For several days, my fiancee remarked that she really liked that place!

Love this place- it is one of the steakhouses where you get what you pay for. Never had a bad meal and the service is very professional. Save room for the Cocnut Cream Pie.
