We had multiple problems. I would not recommend this hotel. I am reconsidering other stays at Hampton Inn properties. The lack of breakfast, temperature of room, and ability of staff to understand requests was terrible.

We visit this hotel every year because of the Amateur Chess Championships. There are a LOT of people but the hotel doesn't prepare for them. Checkin begins officially at 3 but there were still people waiting to check in after 5pm because their rooms weren't cleaned. The staff behind the desk seemed sympathetic but not enough. The tournament officially starts at 1pm so you are basically hanging around the lobby (if you can find a seat) from 1pm trying to keep an eye on the 3-4 kids you brought with you along with your luggage. At 5pm and your not checked in your frustrated. Especially when the next round begins at 6 and you haven't eaten and established your base of operations. (a comfy bed). But, if the hotel had been prepared and had your rooms ready, this would be a positive review instead of a negative one.

The hotel was clean and quiet But the amenities stated on the hotel website was falsely advertised the staff was nice and the did refund me 50 percent of my amount paid but the rooms had no refrigerator or stove as stated on the website and the pool was out of order and my kids were upset they weren’t able to enjoy a swim before check-Out besides that the staff was polite and the room was convienient

I was fortunate to get the a room with a fridge and check-in was A BREEZE! The front of house check in staff are AMAZING. Once it was time to go to the room though... The left elevator was already out of service. The right elevator was slow and has a 5 person limit. As there is an event in the Hilton next door (sister property that is connected), there were a lot of people checking in and a wait to get to our floor. Later that afternoon, I was stuck in the elevator with my infant between the 5/6th floor. Now the second was out of service. The solution: Cross over to the Hikton. Use the elevator in the Hilton. Then cross back to the Hampton Inn.

All staff was awesome. Breakfast was delicious. The omelettes were a nice surprise. Room was very clean sheets were clean. Pillows were small (probably can ask for others). Sheet kept coming off corner of the bed as if they didn’t fit. Fantastic Hilton experience through the app as always
