Sook Pastry is incredible. The pastries are the best--even better than anything I've ever had in Paris! Sandwiches and savory crepes are great options for lunch. Keum-Sook Park, the owner of the cafe is there almost everyday, working behind the counter with the rest of her employees. She is incredibly friendly, and it's always great to see the owner of the establishment around and actually working!

So many menu choices and they are all delicious. You can go with a hot crepe or a pastry. Seating can be a challenge but it's worth the trip.

Sook is not part of a chain like Paris Baguette or Caffe Bene. You can often see Sook herself—yes, there is an actual Sook—behind the counter or through the window into the workspace where the pastries are made. Sook started out as a French-Asian bakery, but has since become more conventionally French. If "the Broad" is available, get it; it's a mango mousse cake.

I had to go this shop since I moved up here. So many positive reviews and one of best shop in Ridgewood. Street Parking wasn't that difficult since we got there 8:30 in the morning lol. Eventually I saw people coming one after another continuously. Illy coffee became one of my favorite from previous Mexican resorts. All those bakery looked good and it was delicious. I like to take my friends and families here. Good job Sook patry!

A great spot for coffee of all types and pastries with a European leaning. Entertaining at home? A great place to buy those "wow" cakes. Seating is tight but atmosphere is perfect for what Sook is. Outdoor seating is also available. Lot's of competition in town but they only get the Sook overflow
