This restaurant does an excellent buffet lunch. On the day we were there, there was a choice of tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, chickpeas, lentil dhal, spinach cooked with paneer, onion bhajis, curry goat, two kinds of rice, salad, assorted chutneys and pickles, they bring your choice of Indian bread to your table hot and fresh. There was also Indian rice pudding and vanilla ice-cream for dessert. The building is spacious and airy, with a separate big function room for private hire. The service is friendly and efficient. At $11 per head during the week, it is fantastically good value.
