Check in was fast and efficient. The Hotel is located close to Terminal 21 and Big C. The advantage would be the bus station to Bangkok which is about 10 minutes on foot. Exit the hotel driveway, turn left and start walking till you see a waiting shelter. Turn right and straight ahead till you can see the buses parked in the bays. the only 7-Eleven if you need to buy cigarettes.
Breakfast is more towards Thai style.

Service is good at the restaurant and buffet is for breakfast and lunch only. Dinner is A-la-Carte.
The room fixtures are showing signs of poor maintenance. Wall switches to lights were arcing. Bath tub edges were not well clean, ventilation vents in the toilet was dusty. No emergency torchlight
Housekeeping service is average, not detail enough.
The least this is better than City Park, Asiana, V-One, Pegaus Tower but definitely can't beat Kartary. However Kartary would need the Tuk-Tuk or SongTheow or rented car to get around as it is not near the Korat Mall.
