A hotell with a big parking in the back. Friendly staff. The rooms are with fridge and aircon. And the hotel is close to the night life (walking distance). The breakfast are ok but not if you are wery hungry like me its not big enough. Will I come back? I think so

Stayed here for three nights, when compared to UK prices it was very good value for money.

Reception area very good but they struggled to speak English which I found a little surprising considering they had clocks on the wall for times in London and New York etc, therefor creating an international feel.

Anyways, fortunately the Bell Boy spoke good English and found all staff to be friendly. Fortunately I had the advantage of my partner being able to speak Thai, could have been an issue without that.

The room (twin) wasn’t too bad, a bit dated and grubby in places but again, when considering how much it cost then it was acceptable.

Breakfast was awful, had eggs and bacon and it was stone cold. My partner had Thai food and this was also pretty poor.

On night one we decided to have room service food, again it was horrible so would recommend eating out for all meals.

The hotel is positioned pretty much centrally, a short drive from Nakhon Ratchasima zoo, Water Park, Various markets, temples and shopping malls.

Tok Tok across the road available pretty much 24 hrs I think. Had one take us on a tour for 400 baht. Not something he readily offered, in fact he seemed bemused that someone wanted to pay to drive around the city to have a look around. Eventually we agreed a price and let him decide where we went. All in all it was money well spent. However, unless your able to speak the language then it will be tough going trying to arrange this.

Across the road is a small Mall, not too bad at all and look out for the restaurant downstairs, easily missed but a little gem.

If your a visitor from the west then people will stare at you. Don’t worry it’s just curiosity, just smile and say hello in Thai and most of the time you will get a beaming smile back.

Summary: it’s not the Ritz but neither is the price, good location but maybe just eat out.

Located in the middle of the city, it's rather convenient getting to where ever you want to visit in Korat. No problems with the room or staff. My only thought is that their breakfast is a set meal - I personally like the buffet style!

The room was very clean and we slept really well. Its the only hotel we have stayed at where you could purchase any item of the room from the bin to the bed.
The staff were polite and friendly. They were having work done when we stayed so a huge hole in the ceiling and the lighting as quite dark on the floors.
The breakfast was very poor but you cannot complain for the money the hotel charges I thought it was cheap and good value for money.

I chose this hotel because of it’s central location in Korat.
The room -although begin a ‘Petite Suite’- was old and outdated, with a saddening view to a large flat roof.
There is also no bathroom as such : one is a room with only a shower and a towel rack (and really nothing else), and then you need to cross the room to get to the other (little) room which has a bathroom sink and a toilet. However : no electric outlet, no toiletries, no towels, nothing at all.... just a sink ....
Very bizarre setup....
I don’t think there was anyone of the hotel personnel who spoke more than 5 words of English , so it was always alot of inventiveness to ask a question and understand the answer ...
I wouldn’t recommend this place....

Hotel looks modern and fairly new, arrived at the small reception where they had 3 girls jammed behind it, none of which spoke very good English. Room was modern and clean, no safe deposit box which still amazes me for a new hotel. In a world where our phones and tablets cost around a £1000 and most of us carry credit cards, cash and have passports why don't hotels put safes in the room as standard practice.

Close enough to Terminal 21 and the Mall, can walk both in about 30 mins. Central a little further away.

Only gave 1 star for the appalling customer service on check out. I had a bad cold, and due I suppose to the constant blowing I got a nose bleed. I thought it had stopped before bedtime but put a towel down just in case. Through the night it must have started again, a small bit went on the towel and due to moving during my sleep some went on the bed sheets. I refused room service the next day as I didn't want the sheets change in case it started the second night. On checking out they checked the room as normal and said everything was ok. I was waiting for a taxi when one of the receptionists came over  with a hand written note that requested 100 baht, she said it was for the blood on the towel. I explained I had a nose bleed and said that they must boil their sheets for hygiene purposes and that this would remove it. She went over to some serving hatch behind the front desk where I imagine the manager sits and had a some conversation. The next thing the maid comes into reception with the bed sheets and they all start to have a debate in front of the other guests in reception. Due to the total embarrassment and unprofessionalism on their part I just walked out and waited for my taxi in the heat. Working in the hotel industry they must expect that people will occasionally have a nose bleed or for woman to have their period unexpectedly. This can't be something new the same as when people are sick, surely this is an occupational hazard of being in the hotel industry. I tried to mitigate where I could but unfortunately this was an accident and shouldn't have been an excuse to embarrass a guest in reception in front of other guests. They have my card details so maybe they will try and charge that but as I haven't authorised it I will obviously despute any charge.

Would I return? No
