Good clean hotel, great central location. Lovely infinity pool. Makes a good centre, for visiting other places. Ratchasima is off the tourist trail, a normal working city, so you get a little bit more of the real Thailand here. Worth a visit.

วันที่ เช็คเอ้าท์ 6 เมษา มีกิจกรรมที่ kid club เป็นลงสีภาพ กับตุ๊กตา ปูนพลาสเตอร์
และมี มาสคอตแมว ใส่เสื้อธีมสงกรานต์น่ารัก เด็กๆชอบมาก ซึ่งคุณสามารถชมจากภาพได้
โดยรวมการเข้าพักค่อนข้างดี 8/10
มีเรื่องติดขัดบ้าง ได้คุณ สำรวย (front office manager) เข้ามาดูแลแก้ไข โรงแรมมี action ค่อนข้างรวดเร็วในการจัดการปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น ซึ่่งฉันค่อนข้างพอใจมาก
และน่าจะกลับไปพักอีก

Unusual. A good business hotel. No Bar or alcohol on sale. No proper restaurant other than for breakfast - fortunately it is conneced to the vast Centre that has a number of establishments. Rooms airy, clean and comfortable. Beds good. Functional. Very impersonal. A good base.

The hotel has an entire shopping mall attached. The rooms are bright and clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom has modern Japanese toilet seat and shower room has a seat. Ample space to store and put personal belongings on. There are tea & coffee making facilities and 2 bottles of water. The internet connection was fast. Parking is on level G, from there is access to terminal 21 shopping complex, and via escalators or lift to the lobby. On floor F is the restaurant, gym and an infinity pool which is nice but very small. Breakfast was so-so, a lot of Asian dishes, but fried eggs and omelette could be ordered.
Staff are friendly and helpful. A big plus is the 21 Terminal mall and the Foodland 24-hour supermarket, the only place where we could get a wine. There is no lounge or bar in the entire hotel where we could get an alcoholic drink.

This has been truly great experience! Staff are amazing polite and willing to help. One of the house keeping on 17th floor ( which I didn’t get her name ) She’s the nicest person I’ve met!
Hotel is clean, the facilities, swimming pool has it view over looking the city.
Definitely my favourite hotel in Korat! Will return again.
