A really bad resort, that looks better at the first look. After 2 weeks here we really had enough! We were 10 persons staying here and we all had bad experiences.

* My parents had a lot of black mold in their shower! Disgusting! Not healthy!
* They have cockroaches!
* My oncle and his wife had dirty water comming from their shower.
* The staff is very hard to communicate with, they hardly understands any english at all but they pretend that they do.
* The restaurant at the hotel is the worst in the whole Ong Lang-area. DON'T eat here! There are plenty of good restaurants in the area. They can't cook, you will get something complete different from what you order or they forget half of the order.
* They dubbelbooking rooms even when you have paid for the rooms. They give away keys to your room to new arrivals before you have checked out and have your belongings left in the room. They lie when they promise you a late checkout and try to force you out of the room before checkout.
* Rock hard beds - very hard to sleep like that.
* No pads on the sunbeds, very hard to sit/lay on.
* They have a swing for babies besides the pool that is broken and dangerous. When 2 kids where hurt I asked them to take it away, they did... but the next day the dangerous swing was back, still broken!
* They rent out motorbikes that are broken (my oncle hade to switch bike 3 times!)
* Boring breakfast and slow service.
* If you are booking a trip from the hotel they first give you one price, but when you are going they change the price and charge you extra for no reason.
* There is no place to sit outside your rooms if you are more than 2 people.
* Not good for families with small kids, they can just run directly into the pools. No space to play or even run/walk.

In Ong Lang there is many beautiful resorts and hotels, don't choose this one!

The hotel left us stranded at the airport on the promise they were “on their way”. After an hour and a third phone call, we were told to get a taxi. Not a good start-especially with no apology or explanation. The prices charged for the car hire organised by the hotel driver and young man on reception, far exceeded those prices provided by management previously via email. This left us feeling scammed by hotel staff. There is accommodation much closer to Ong Lang Beach. We recommend to look at the other options right at the beach.

I Book this hotel because of the many good review at Trip advisor and Agoda. I stay here 3 nights with my family.
1. I have to say the Staff and reception and restaurant are supper nice. But the cleaning staff and the management not manage the room well. Room bedsheet is dirty, toilet not clean probably.
Nice swimming pool
2. LOCATION Is very far from beach not 700m as they said. It around 1.6-2km, they also give you free bicycle But only 4 bicycle for all the report and 3 of them Not Working Probably. You can't not work there if ranining road is very dirty.
3. It is very far to find the food restaurant also . But I discover a restaurant very nice walk around 2 km No Name Sea food. Food is so nice and delicouse and good price. If you want go at Duong Dong have to pay taxi around 120k one way.
4. It is not worth for money. I use to stay at many place at Duong Dong and near airport, the price is cheaper and better quality than this.

I stayed 2 nights in a family suite with 3 friends.

Whilst the room and bathroom are older, it is kept clean.

The pool area is tidy, lots of beautiful greenery

Great value for money

Free bicycle hire

Easy access via motorbike bicycle or walk to the beautiful Ong Lang beach!!! Free sun bed hire

Restaurant and bar on the beach

Walk to close by restaurants in Ong Lang

8km to city centre

Night markets a must visit

We were looking forward to our stay here in a quieter area but were very under whelmed with the whole experience.
The room was very disappointing. The bathroom window opened out to the staircase for upstairs so anyone could look in. The bed was honestly the worst bed we have slept in for years. The bath towel literally had large hole in it. There was no safe (but the reception kept our passports anyway).
The pool was literally outside our door and was nice when it was empty but the majority of the time it was full of kids screaming and not being controlled by their parents.
Breakfast was ok considering it was included in price.
We ordered cocktails and got something completely different despite pointing to the page.
We were woken up the first night by staff demanding we sign for dinner even though we had already signed a docket for ours. On check out they tried to charge us for dinner twice (different table # and different drinks).
The resort was a very long walk to beach (forget the pictures that they show). We hired scooters on two different days, the scooters were very poor quality and worse came with only enough fuel to get you to the service station. We foolishly filled it up and then realised that they actually siphon off the fuel every night so we had to pay again the next day.
The airport transfer is advertised as free and we enquired about it for the return trip and was quoted more than a cab fare. (in the end I booked the transfer and they clearly lost booking so called us a cab and they payed for that)
I was very uncomfortable with the whole experience at this hotel particularly as we had to hand key in if we left room.
Consistantly woken during the night with noise from upstairs bedroom
Staff were very average
Would never stay here again and we wished we had of paid slightly more money and stayed longer at the Novotel.

Room Tip: don't stay here
