Hal and Laura have created a charming niche that features gourmet coffees, teas and hand-scooped ice cream. There are tables and chairs to sit around and hang out while schmoozing with the owners, reading or doing a puzzle. Laura also has quilting supplies and teaches the art of quilting. There are books by local authors, including some cook books, and some hand crafted items for sale.

Stopped in for ice cream while returning home from Philmont. Lovely store, absolutely nicest people running it. In addition to ice cream and other parlour faire, they have at for sale as well as crazy supplies in back. Great find.

Wonderful, hand scooped ice cream, inside a truly eclectic gift shop, with a quilting slant to it. Even has an area to take quilting lessons! Or just sit and work a jig saw puzzle while you eat your ice cream!

Laura and Hal take great pride in running their little shop. It's a unique blend of arts & crafts, games, treats, and community. On any day of the week you can find travelers, locals, and artists stopping in. There is always a puzzle out on one of the tables and everyone pitches in to pass a little time. A variety of board games are always available for play so it's a wonderful place for kids. The quilting shop is tucked toward the back, and while small in size, it is packed with great variety of materials and notions. Throughout the year classes are held for kids and for local artists. There's always something new happening - worth a stop every time!
