The view from the patio is stunning, and the food is very good. It compares favorably with a good restaurant -- and is way beyond the typical golf course grill.

My husband and I had lunch. She recommended the Paako Salad it was the best, absolutely delicious and it was so big we shared it. Love sitting outside on the patio and looking at the mountains and beautiful Golf Course couldn't ask for a better setting.

The Green Chile Cheese burgers are excellent and The Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas are also great. They have an expanded menu this year and everything I have had is good.

What a lovely view of the golf course at Paako. We went up for a bite after traveling all day and were pleasantly surprised at the selection of food and satisfied with our choices of a delicious burrito and a grilled sandwich. Order at the bar and then it is served to your table. Just delightful!

1) Spectacular views of the #1 golf course in New Mexico and the 10,700' Sandia Crest, 2) Scenic outdoor seating is near two golf greens, pond, etc., 3) Excellent meals with generous portions - nearly all priced <$12!! - try the New Mexican dishes such as Charlie's Enchilada's or the burgers, 4) Building boasts giant wood beams and other southwest design, 5) Jamie (Manager) and Chandi are especially friendly.
Bottom line: This undiscovered gem is on the "Turquoise Trail" National Scenic Byway (Route 14) - only 30 mins from Albuquerque or 45 mins from Santa Fe.
Tip: Weekdays for late lunch or early evening meal/drinks are usually quiet. So peaceful and relaxing - Perfect...
