This plaza is smaller than the one in Santa Fe but just as nice and was beautifully decorated during the holidays.

We arrived in to town and could only see a little twinkle of the lights, we were curious. After visiting the reservation for Christmas Eve service we headed to the square. They were beautiful. I felt like a kid again, the lumanries where magic. Every time you turned around there was something new to see. We walked around mesmerized by the lights, enjoying the cold and then found a great restaurant in the ally. It was Christmas magic.

The plaza area is filled with lots shops and quaint stores. A fun place to shop and eat. The central stage Area could use
Some benches and some attractive enhancements.

The plaza at Taos in an anchor. It provides a center courtyard around which many restaurants and shops exist. Having visited the plaza since the 60's, I bemoan the loss of the cultural feel to the plaza. It's now shopping and eating. Taos, where are you and where do you want to go?

They had light up for the holidays. There shops all around this block. Good area to walk around and look at the various shops.
