The camp is cosy with about 9 separate units of which all are a short walking distance to the main lodge. The camp is quaint, clean and gives you a sense of being in a true game lodge. No commercialism here.
The food is healthy, fresh and the chef has great talent for presentation and interesting taste sensations.
The staff are very well trained, aim to please and they do so with flying colours.
The sleep at night is quiet and restful in the permanent tent units.
One of the features of this camp is to walk with two elephants under the tutelage of their two caregivers. For us this was a three hour unique experience learning about elephants and being able to come close to them and actually take them for a walk. I would highly recommend this opportunity to learn about and understand elephants. The three hour walks concludes with a gourmet lunch in the wild with the elephants joining you for lunch 30 or so metres away
