The place is not a luxury hotel, but does give good value for money. I slept there for one night on October 2011 with my family after a day in the nearby shopping center. The price was $70. There was nothing wrong with the room - the cable TV was working well, we had microwave and minibar, the bath and toilet were clean (yet not new) with fan and hot water and the bed was comfortable.
At the bottom line, we all (4 persons in 2 rooms) slept well for honest price. Exactly what a motel should be.
