We had a lovely meal here again last week, the steak pie was delicious, big portion & the steak just melts in your mouth! The squid starter was a hit too, lovely & tender. We even managed to squeeze in pudding, the pear & almond tart is not to be missed!! Lovely food!

Located in the lesser known Cellardyke, The Haven is a characterful Inn located at the harbour. The food is absolutely excellent and has tables overlooking the little harbour. Also a pretty beer garden at the rear of the property.

My wife and I haven't had a meal at the Haven for a while.
We recently ate there with my sister and her grandson.
The Haven is in a picturesque location overlooking Cellardyke harbour. There is also a garden bar to the rear of the property. Parking can be a bit of a struggle in this area, but there are often spaces at the old bathing pool.
The menu included cod, pork chop, langoustines, mussels, fish and chips and steak pie.
I was the only one to have a starter, squid, which was OK, almost cooked too long.
The mains were, one pork chop, two cod and a beef burger. All were very good. Cod cooked perfectly and the chop not dried out. They always have an Eden Mill real ale on tap. My wife had prosecco. Only one sweet which my wife enjoyed.
A very enjoyable lunch. The menu is not so comprehensive if you're having an Itison deal meal.

Visited three times for a meal over the seven days we stopped in the area - each time the food was gorgous plus lovely and fresh produce used. Will definately go back next time we are in the area.
