Setting was awesome, never feels like you are in NYC until you turn around from looking at the open ocean and see the A train rumbling by on the elevated subway tracks. Our host, Jackee, was very friendly and accommodating (she even offered to rent a video for us at the local library). The place was clean and spacious and the appliances modern and convenient. We were a large party, including several teenagers, and did not feel cramped.

I would have given the place an "excellent" rating except for the Wi-Fi being really inadequate. It was somewhat inconvenient as I tended to rely on public Wi-Fi that wouldn't cut out on me or fail to connect. I would suggest a router installed directly in the unit vs. relying on the one upstairs. That aside, my party was very satisfied and my wife has suggested we try to return next summer.
