We had an amazing two night stay at Rosehaven, and had absolutely no complaints. First of all the prices are great across the board, but especially the weekday prices. We searched extensively and could not find a better deal for a place this nice with these amenities. The house is beautiful. Downstairs is full of things to look at and do, and we wish we had more time to explore all of it. We stayed in room 4 which had a beautiful and extremely comfortable bed, and a big jacuzzi tub. The weather was perfect, so we were able to have the windows open during the day and use the fireplace for a little while at night. There's a TV in the room with a DVD player, which was an unexpected surprise for us. Kelly took such good care of us and her breakfasts were delicious. We really cannot wait to go back!

Room Tip: Rooms 1 and 2 probably have the best views, but they are all beautiful.

Is there a higher rating than excellent??? Clean, comfortable, relaxing. Great hosts.
Loved being able to rock on wrap-around porch, watching the hummingbirds, stars, meteors, flowers, or just staring into space. Serine...

My partner and I stayed here for a romantic weekend. It was everything that we hoped it would be and more! The house is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a big private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The bed was absolutely one of the most comfortable beds that I've slept in. Breakfast was delicious and Kelly is such a fantastic cook and baker. Sean, Kellys husband, was so helpful with directions and gave us great suggestions on what to do in the area. They were both very accommodating and great hosts. The porch of the house was one of the best features, for it wrapped around the entire house and had places to sit and relax. I would highly recommend Rosehaven to anyone that is looking for a relaxing, romantic weekend with their significant other.

The Rosehaven Inn is by far the nicest B&B we have ever stayed at . The owners have put their heart and soul into the place. The house has been totally restored to perfection. The wallpapers are beautiful Victorian Bradbury and Bradbury papers that are perfect for this home. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the Catskill Mountains. It was breathtaking! The breakfasts were so good and it was so nice to meet the other guests. The hosts are just the kindest people and will help you with anywhere you may want to go. A very memorable experience!

Room Tip: best room in the house is room 2, it has a balcony. But all are beautiful.

We had booked a stay for a few days over the Christmas/New Year break, but unfortunately had to cancel the day before we were to make our trip. Because the Rosehaven Inn looked so promising based upon our internet search, we rescheduled for a late February weekend, hoping to go cross-country skiing and simply to get away from familiar surroundings. We were not disappointed on either account. This Bed and Breakfast is a lovely Victorian that has been meticulously refurbished by its owners. It is pretty, sparkling clean, and comfortable, and the hosts were very welcoming. Two overnights in our room, number three, complete with in-room fireplace, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful views were just what we had hoped for. We had two delicious and abundant breakfasts where we sat at the table with other guests, sharing interesting conversation. It has been a wearying winter, and this was a winter weekend getaway that proved to be warm and delightful despite yet another snow storm! The area offers just what we were looking for - a nice cross-country ski center located nearby, along with well-known downhill options for those looking to ski the mountains. We would love to revisit during another season to explore this area further. Thank you to our hosts for making it such a nice weekend.

Room Tip: All four bedrooms are second floor, so you must be able to "do stairs".
