All reviews fire pit continental breakfast the penthouse room was clean motel style beautiful bay in fairness great dock great area very pleasant stay great room would definitely go back front office mini fridge much nicer quiet location place to stay

Overall a Good Experience. Parking is a bit of a challenge but the view from the property is Fantastic! The rooms were small but had what you needed for a simple couple nights stay. I would stay at the property again at the normal cost of the room.

You did stay with us during our peak season, but it is important to note that our prices are competitive and we do provide the best rates in the area as compared to other comparable hotels, which is why our location is one of the top resorts as ranked by Trip Advisor. During your next stay, please let our friendly and helpful staff know if you are having any issues with parking as we would be happy to help.

This was the first stop on our tour. On arrival the received an very pleasant and warm welcome. The room was smaller than we anticipated but was adequate. Although,we feel there could be more attention to cleaning. When searching under the bed there was a lot of dust and dirt.
We were able to take kayaks on to the bay and use the sun deck.
We left too early to take the breakfast which was included in the price as nothing was open.
The staff were extremely helpful, however the morning manager's attitude towards guests was somewhat lacking in finness

Had an amazing time here!! The room was very comfortable and clean. It’s in a fantastic location a stones throw away from the beach and Danny at the desk was so nice and helpful. There was a lovely pool that we swam in and being right on the bat we were able to take some kayaks out which was a blast.

Staff extremely friendly, went above and beyond for me for a reservation mess up. I do think however that there is tremendous opportunity for improvement in their online reservation system. Definitely would go back again and recommend to others-- Roy

This is a basic motel. It's location is good in the Hampton Bays area, but the accomodations need work. The WIFI only worked outside of the rooms, you had to sit outside to access it which is unacceptable and should be specified. There is one room that faces the pool with a decent view and some others in the "upstairs" area but the rest of the rooms are facing the car parking - our "waterview room" looked into the parked cars - beware. The room presents well especially in the pictures, but the sheets are threadbare and had makeup stains on them. The towels had a tinge on them too. The door did not close completely and so the bugs could get in around it. The front window did not lock so we did not feel our room was secure. The bed was reasonable but again, basic. There was a pair of shorts on the ground by the garbage can for most of our stay - in general I would say that the grounds needed some attention. The toilet leaked the whole time. In fairness, we did not report it as we didn't want to complain as we really liked the staff at the resort. We hoped the cleaning staff would notice as the water ran all the way to the door of the bathroom! The breakfast was very basic - Folgers coffee. We left early. I guess we just expected more for our money. I am very surprised at the reviews others have given this "resort" motel. This is a lesson for us with these reviews.

Room tip: choose an upstairs room for privacy, view, less smoking drifting into your room, quieter

We’re so happy that you enjoy our staff. They are diligent, hard working and approachable. They are there to ensure your stay is comfortable and up to your standards. We do wish you had not hesitated to ask for assistance during your stay so that we could have resolved any of your concerns immediately. The wifi, window, door, toilet and any other concerns you may have had would have immediately been addressed.

Our water view, balcony and penthouse rooms all have views of the bay as detailed on our website.

Please note that our grounds are monitored 24/7. We have private security that patrols our location overnight to ensure our guests are safe. We have never had an issue.

Our continental breakfast is complimentary, however, we like to add our boutique hotel touch and provide non-basic items. Not only do we provide the standard, bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, tea and orange juice, but we also include hot oatmeal, fresh fruit, cold flavored water, donuts at no additional charge to our guests.

We do hope you can give us another chance and visit us again. Perhaps your next stay will warrant a better review. However, we thank you for your feedback regardless.
