Could not finder nicer people, nor better coffee, nor more amazing pastries, in the greater New York area. For a croissant like this fresh out of the oven you'd need to go to Paris or Wellfleet MA. And the lunches keep getting better. Homemade Lasagna is incredible, but a big meal. The subs are also filling, and with one of the soups (the onion is fantastic) a perfect lunch. The hot meatball hero globbed with mozzarella is really stunning. On the lighter side, the chicken salad is excellent. Antoinette has also been making a delicious cherry tart. Also, the Italian-style cheesecake, ordered in advanced, is an amazing gift or big dinner finale.
