From allowing us early check in after a 13 hour drive, to the smiling faces of the staff. This place is so wonderful after such a hard journey. They also provided complimentary water in the front lobby, the room was very clean and the cleaning lady was sooo nice. If you have breakfast there the staff is so helpful, patient, and accommodating. They even said bless you when my son sneezed!!! I was so impressed by this staff 5/5! Also the location was great for Lyft services. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and so appreciated of this amazing staff. Thank you all!

This hotel is in a perfect location for both Queens and Manhattan as it sits right next to the Queens Plaza N.Y. MTA Subway station. It is well maintained, has a great staff and for N.Y. is priced affordably.

Very clean rooms. Very good service. Very good breakfast: International with fruits, fresh pancakes, fresh waffles, fresh eggs and so on. Very good beds. Very good location. Metro station directly at the hotel (1 minute to go, just across the street).

The location was perfect since we were flying into LGA. Being able to be at the airport in 15-20 minutes and having a subway stop so close to the property was great. It was really easy to take the train into Manhattan- getting to WTC took about 20 minutes and Times Square was only about 10 minutes. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly- we were only there for 1 night but I would definitely stay again!

The hotel was good enough like most Hilton or Marriott type hotels. The surprising part of the experience was all the fees and taxes at this location including an other fee. For a $180 room rate the average per night paid amount was over $300 without breakfast.
