Helpful front desk staff, helpful prior to arrival to help ensure room was set up, and allowed for us to have a ground floor room. Fitness center was well stocked with towels, was clean, televisions worked. Indoor pool was clean, well stocked with towels.
Hotel staff are great, very friendly and attentive. I attended a concert at SPAC and spent some time in downtown Saratoga, so the location was good. The room was spacious but outrageously priced for peeling wallpaper, old worn out bedding, and shabby carpet. Bathroom door barely closed and the grout is so old it looks filthy. The lobby is very updated and new,but the room was not up to typical hilton standards. I stay at hiltons often and this was not a typical experience.
A very clean hotel. Staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was good. Quiet area but confusing to find hotel with so many traffic circles and residential developments. The hotel was filled with teenagers there for a sporting event? So, noisy in the halls that night and there was a dog barking constantly in the morning hours.
The hotel was nicely located in a quiet area. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was good and the pool was warm and clean. Our bathroom wasn’t very clean when we arrived but it didn’t hinder our stay. Overall great location and staff made it worth it!
We didn't book a hotel as we expected to be home or almost home late that Tuesday evening. On our way north up I-87 we called it a day at Malta. The hotel was just what we needed and reasonably priced. The staff went out of their way to be helpful as they could seeing we were definitely travel weary. The room was very comfortable & my daughter joked about the size of the room being equal to whole floors of hotels we'd recently stayed at in London and Paris. Modern, spacious, friendly & recommended.
