We were greeted by friendly staff, the hotel was brightly light and clean. The room was clean and inviting. No noise to wake us, nice and quiet. It was so great to learn it was a pet-friendly hotel too, though we didn't have ours. Will stay again!
We have twice stayed at this hotel while attending to family business in the area, and find the rooms well designed and comfortable (with a very useful kitchenette with microwave, good sized fridge, sink, dishwasher, coffee maker). The staff is very helpful, the breakfast better than average. All public areas as well as the rooms are clean, the wifi reliable. The pool and exercise room were small but very welcome.
Spent two weekend nights recently with my buddies. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff (all women from what I noticed) were super attentive and friendly. Complimentary breakfast buffet in the lobby hit the spot and well executed.
The best part of my experience was the personal assistance I received from one of the staff (Mary) who boxed up & express mailed two valuable items we left in our room after checking out. Mary needs to be recognized by the management for going above and beyond the call of duty. World-class customer service!
This spot has some of the friendliest employees there. I felt very welcomed and relaxed in this atmosphere. We were close to our venue and any questions we had were answered. The staff was knowledgeable and the room comfortable!
Helpful front desk staff, helpful prior to arrival to help ensure room was set up, and allowed for us to have a ground floor room. Fitness center was well stocked with towels, was clean, televisions worked. Indoor pool was clean, well stocked with towels.
