Breakfast was good and Gym also clean.
Glen fall and six flags nearby.I have enjoy my stay and area is safe

we have stayed at this hotel 2 other times and we keep coming back. they have spacious rooms and bathrooms. i don't feel claustrophobic in the room. the blinds are double and nice and dark for sleeping.
staff is friendly. breakfasts are pretty darn good and area kept clean in lobby. beds comfortable. nice size fridge and kitchenette if you have to stay longer periods of time. will continue to go back!

First day was amazing. The hotel and hotel staff was accommodating, clean, and overall an amazing experience for our team. Our group had dinner on the outside patio and it was wonderful. It was also great to be able to utilize the breakfast before there early games.

Stayed for 2 nights with our family. The hotel was very, very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They offered alternate ideas when our initial plans fell through. Our housekeeper (Michelle) was helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast options were prepackaged with several varieties. The coffee was hot and fresh!
The 2nd night there was a fire alarm activation... not a drill (in the future, an explanation from staff would be helpful but not required). A large group of 10+ arrived and monopolized the pool, commandeered the lobby and left towels and garbage in the halls, elevator, and around the pool... it was disappointing as it was all on display by staff (I believe they didn't know how to address it). We weren't able to fully enjoy our second day by the pool.
This is a no frills hotel, but they friendly staff and clean environment ranks it higher than some higher end hotels we've stayed at.
We are planning to return to the Saratoga Springs/Lake George area in the future and will definitely look to book here again.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly. Accommodating. Good breakfast, clean rooms, bed a little stiff , nice to have blackout shades.great to have microwave and bigger fridge. I liked the setup in room.

We were greeted by friendly staff, the hotel was brightly light and clean. The room was clean and inviting. No noise to wake us, nice and quiet. It was so great to learn it was a pet-friendly hotel too, though we didn't have ours. Will stay again!
