A beautiful and not so long a drive from the hustle bustle of NYC to this beautiful location; a home surrounded by lush green grass and trees, a "Wow" effortlessly flows out of one's mouth, a sight so pleasant and appealing. We were here for three nights with our son, our cousin and two adorable dogs. Everything about the home was very warming, the ambience, the home layout, furniture, the feeling of being welcome. The home is very airy and pleasant with windows everywhere (something that is missed in city living). The separate shaded barbeque are is nice with a bar counter and outdoor large dining table and lounging sofas. The best part is the clean and ample sized pool, where we spent most time. Lots of flotation devices for small kids. Jason and Kristin really hosted us well and we would surely return to this wonderful home.

The house is aesthetically pleasing and calming all at once. There is everything here that you could possibly need for An amazing and calm get away. This was the best trip my friends and I took this year and would definitely come back. The owners were super helpful and attentive to any needs we had. I would recommend 100% to come here if your looking to stay in NY.

The owners Jason and Kirstin are extremely hospitable and didn't spare any detail in this gorgeous home. It is baby, toddler, child friendly (very hard to come by). We had an amazing weekend and our toddler enjoyed himself so much. Was very pleased with our stay. Offers a lovely "dollhouse" for children to play in and looks like the house itself. Truly a wonderful place and must see and stay for yourself.

The property was even MORE beautiful in person! The pool was amazing. We grilled every night and kept it simple. Loved how the sun set and sun rose on the property. The beds were comfortable, too. Pete’s Market did have pretty much everything you needed and only minutes away. Jason, the owner was very responsive and we appreciated that much!

Just enjoyed the best long weekend with friends + kids at this modern Catskill Farms cottage in Narrowsburg. Gorgeous salt water pool. Incredible outdoor grill area and stone patio. Sweetest little playhouse for kids. The three-bedroom house was cozy and clean, and thoughtfully outfitted with everything we could need or want - from a basket of Turkish towels for the pool to a Sonos system to a selection of books and toys for little ones. The cottage is just a few minutes drive from Narrowsburg, Sullivan County's best town - with a coffee shop, bookshop, The Heron (award-winning farm to table restaurant), The Laudrette (a gourmet pizza joint overlooking the river) and shops like Madame Fortuna with vintage finds and incredible jewelry. Highly recommend this cottage!
