We spent 2 nights at this hotel on our 42nd aniversary road trip. The check-in staff was great. Upon entering our room the smell of cigarette smoke was strong. Since we reserved a non-smoking room we returned to front desk to express our displeasure with the room. The ladies at the desk were very apologetic and assigned us a new room at once. They directed a housekeeping employee to go and check it out. Our new room was clean and fresh and the rest of our stay was very enjoyable. The front desk gave us directions to the Falls that avoided the run down part of town other reviewers have alluded to. Breakfast was good and overall this hotel feels new and very clean. We will stay here again on future visits to the Falls.

We had a great experience here. Stayed from 8/14-8/16 for our anniversary. The room was clean. The sheets were clean. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable... Room for improvement in that department. Hot breakfast every morning was adequate. The pool was ok- small but indoor, but the water was very chilly! The ladies at the front desk were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Ample parking available. Location was good for is visiting the falls and the outlet mall. All in all I definitely recommend

My wife and I stayed two nights, and were very impressed with how clean and quiet the hotel was. The staff was very accommodating, even to the point of allowing us to use the lobby after we had already checked out, and rain had changed out plans. The owner said she is sold out every night during the summer. With this kind of management and service, I can see why. The breakfast buffet offers hot and cold food, and offerings vary each day. The hotel is located near the airport, but you would never know it. It was that quiet. Though it is not near the falls, we would stay there again on our next visit.

Room Tip: Rooms on the south side of the hotel likely would be quieter.

The room was average. The breakfast was average. The person at the desk was a new employee and she made sure people knew that as they were checking in. Perhaps she needed to have someone helping her a little longer as she appeared overwhelmed. The elevator makes a ding at each floor. The drive to the Falls was about 5 miles. The morning person was much more helpful and friendly than the check in person. Overall a good experience and we would stay again. We found a hair in the shower that was not ours.

We have decided that Holiday inn Express is at the top of our list of places to stay. The drive to the falls was short, there is ample parking once you get there. The desk clerk was helpful with restaurant suggestions.
