Very clean hotel and staff was friendly. Close to everything in Niagara Falls. River view is nice to have but not a big deal if you don't. Pool area was clean and we'll maintained. I would stay here again.

The food at the restaurant was amazing. The staff was friendly and Tony the concierge made our Niagra experience worth wild. The room was extremely clean and the best part of all, we got cookies when we arrived. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, for a first time visit.
Although the check in process went smoothly, it was downhill from there. There was a very brief wait before check in. The check in agent greeted us warmly, answered all of our questions, gave us our warm cookies and bottles of water for being an HHonors status member and even looked for a room with a view without even asking.
The basics were met - clean and quiet room and comfortable bed. We were notified ahead of time not to expect housekeeping but we could ask for supplies. Well, when we wanted to get new towels, we were very disappointed that they ran out and we would have to wait until morning when housekeeping came in to do laundry to get more.
The pool was a disaster and COVID 19 protocols are not being enforced. There is a sign that there is a maximum of 20 people that can occupy the pool with a max of 5 per group. When I came down, I counted 37 people. Although not the hotel's fault per se, someone from the staff needs to enforce the rules. I saw security cameras in the pool area. Was security asleep at the job? When I came down later when there were less than 20 people, the pool water seemed very cloudy. Makes one wonder how often the pool is cleaned, filters changed and checked for cleanliness.
Another area that needs monitoring is the elevators. Understandbly, there is a limit of 4 per elevator and it is not practical to build extra elevators. Perhaps a staff member or security guard could be stationed near the elevators at busy times as I witnessed arguments and near fist fights when people tried to ignore the 4 limit rule.
The $15 parking fee seems excessive, as does the 7% marketing fee. It seems that this hotel is being booked to near capacity. If social distancing is not possible, perhaps the hotel can eithe use the money from parking, reduced housekeeping services and "marketing" fees to hire security to enforce the 20 limit max person pool rule and 4 person max elevator rule or not book to capacity. I'd even be fine if the hotel shut the pool down if people cannot follow simple rules.
Would think twice if health and safety matter to you especially during COVID.
Had a good stay very clean hotel however watch for the extra fees example parking fee of $15, state tax misc even though state tax was applied already, lodging tax and a destination fee. So what appeared as a good rate through TripAdvisor came out to be much more
Worse hotel experience ever. We got the room late. The reception staff were rude (apart from jacob ) and did not gave us the exact time when room will be given . They kept on telling us 10mins and then made us wait for 4-5 hours. Our whole day was planned and it got ruined. Also I was not happy with the precautions they were takimg in coronavirus. The service was also too bad. the toiletries were not given and when asked we were told they don't have it. Only Park prime which is the restaurant there is good . Rest was horrible and not at all worth risking life and blowing money.
DO NOT FALL FOR THE PICTURE OF RIVER SIDE VIEW. THE RIVER IS VERY FAR AND YOU WILL SEE PARKING LOT AND GARDEN OUTDISE YOUR BALCONY AND AFTER THAT RIVER.
Dear 225priyankaj
Thank you for staying and sharing your concerns via Google and Tripadvisor. I apologize that your room was not ready early in the day and that we were unable to get you in many hours prior to check in time. The summer is very busy and staffing works as quickly as possible to turn rooms over once the prior guest departs. I will also advise our clerks again to offer to hold luggage at no charge and advise guests that we are not able to always get them in when they would like prior to the 4pm check in time, so they can tour prior to the room being ready. I am also not sure what toiletries you asked for as we have most available if they are not already in the room. We will not enter rooms however if someone is not there due to COVID restrictions for the safety of our guests and staff. If you can tell me more about the issue and when you stayed, I would gladly look into this further.
As for the room and view, I am unable to remove the large trees that line the park and river edge/sidewalk as it is part of the Falls State Park. Most of our guests appreciate this serene view with gardens and trees and water beyond and am sorry that you were disappointed.
Again thank you for staying.
check in was very efficient --Room was well cleaned--even the tv remote was encased in plastic--well done!! This location offers the opportunity to not move your car in order to tour the falls or the downtown--Loved being able to walk .
The only negative is the $15 parking charged daily-- if I was parking there and using an airport that fee would be acceptable...Being a Hilton Honors member I feel that the fee is too much!!!
Had breakfast at hoel and it was very good but again a little pricey especially when you have 4 adults and 3 kids ( 7-12)
