First of all, be aware this is located in Finika, a 15 min walk from Oia, (for us this was perfect).
This is a great little family hotel. Giorgis and his wife are very nice and helpful.
We took the opportunity to use the taxi service from our earlier hotel and to the ferry - excellent! And even more fantastic arriving in the heat of 39 degrees and Georgis met us with the donkey to take care of our bags through the white maze of narrow streets leading to our apartment.
The apartment was clean and nice and had everything we needed. I believe it was cleaned several times a day and every evening we got the next days breakfast in our fridge. A good full breakfast with more than we could eat every day.
Unfortunately our aircondition was broken which made our first night way too hot but as soin as we told Georgis and his wife in the morning (a sunday..) they made sure that it was maintained during the day and we were very grateful.
This hotel also has a pool which is fantastic during warm days if you don't want to go on an excursion. We spent the days in the pool, on the terrace overlooking the ocean or by a table playing cards in the shadows. In the evenings we walked into Oia to see the sunsets.
Be aware! Many restaurants in Oia are not very fantastic. We strongly advice you to try Meze Meze close to the hotel. Where you at night also can see the sunset. Great place for lunch!
And.. if you are not sure how to find the hotel in the streets, just follow the blue arrows painted on the ground.

We stayed at Georgis for two nights. The apartments are very nice and the staff is very welcoming and kind, especially the owner. She's always ready to help her guests.

The breakfast is home made and delivered directly by the owner at your apartment every evening. You can taste the real Greek specialities in the morning while sitting at the table directly in front of the sea.

The apartments are located in Finikia (walking distance from Oia) and it is highly recommended if you want to stay outside from the crowd and especially if you wanna feel warmly treated as you were at home.

Traditional Greek homestay, walking distance from Oia. The hosts George and Tanya are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is nice, but not a lot of options.
Overall a nice stay. The place is perched on a higher side of the hill, sometimes a drill to walk all the way up. They have a donkey to carry the luggage. Which felt weird, but probably that's the best option.

Overall a decent stay.

A very nice familiar hotel owned by a nice couple from Santorini. A very good 'value for money' hotel!
Can warmly recommend a staying there, you will enjoy wonderful views, the traditional village and on the same hand be very close to the merging spot of Oia (400 m).

I did not book for this place but was put to stay here for my last night from another apartment. The lady host said she has a grp of ppl checking in they dun Wan to be separated so she asked me to stay there for jus 1 night..she said it's jus a short distance away(well.. it's jus for a nite). This apartment is not tat bad if it's jus for a night away from people! If you dun mind to get a dim room with no flush in the toilet.. if dun mind to walk up n down from the finikia car park(slightly less than 10mins away). Even my local frd said it's quite a walk for him..they offer me to stay when my ferry was cancel due to the strike but I change my mind after 1 night. I will never stay here if I have a choice.
