Amazing rooms offering breathtaking views, excellent service and a unique atmosphere make Armeni Village the best place if you want to enjoy to the fullest the allure of Greece's most fascinating island. I was there in September and I already make plans for a return in the summer. A perfect place for a perfect escape.

Honeymooning in Oia is the place to be. This hotel offers decent rooms with an amazing view of the caldera. Breakfast is outstanding and they serve it to you outside with a breathtaking view. The pool is perfectly situated overlooking the volcano and cliffs and the jacuzzi is a nice addition. Better than any postcard this hotel has a truly stunning view. For a better room with a lesser view go to Atrina Canava in Oia.

Room Tip: Every room has an amazing view!

This hotel is very well located in Oia. The view from the common areas and the rooms is amazing. The staff was always very helpful in giving us recommendations on activities to do in the island.
There are lots of nice restaurants and cafe's nearby, and it's very close to a free parking area where you can leave you rental car or scooter.

Overall we had an amazing time in Armeni Village and we recommend it.

we left the kid home in order to go with my husband romantic vacations finally, and yes! we had amazing time!!!! we had room 1, and it was all we wanted...the view unbelievable, the room clean, kind of traditional but modern though, the bathroom was normal, the breakfast served the time we wanted, staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was of course cleaned up the time we were at the beach. I cant wait for our next trip to return there....

Ok its true the hotel's location is great, and the views are breathtaking but your in Oia and the view is spectacular from everywhere. The hotel itself is very old & run down. We had the Superior family room that the air conditioning did not work. And you do not want to be in Santorini in the middle of July with an air conditioner that works just so,so. This problem should have been fixed immediately but it dragged on all weekend until they finally had to move us to another room, which was dark & horrible. The continental breakfast yes they delivered promptly but once again NOT GOOD ! We were so disgusted with our stay there that we checked out some of the other hotels nearby and realize we made a BIg Mistake by choosing Armeni Village. Trust me it looks good on the web, buts its far from good ,for the money you can do much better...sorry.

We appreciate the time you have spent to write a review regarding your stay at Armeni Village Hotel. We value our guest's opinion and any suggestions and comments are always welcome in order to improve our standards and services.

However, we would like to point out a few indiscrepancies mentioned in your commentary.

Regarding the air-conditioning incident: On Sunday, which was the second day of your stay in our hotel, you contacted the reception informing us that your room’s air-condition did not work properly (fan mode was the only mode functioning). We immediately contacted our air-conditionining technician and informed you that if the air-condition could not be fixed as it was Sunday, we would transfer you to another room.
The technician arrived the same evening and repaired the air-condition unit. In fact, yourselves informed us the next morning (Monday) that the air-condition was functioning properly after the technician‘s intervention. Unfortunately, on Monday evening the problem reappeared and you contacted the hotel’s reception and informed us that after a little while the air-condition stopped working again.

Due to the fact that all Superior Family rooms, as the one you had booked were already occupied, we moved you to a Superior Double room which is a luminous corner room situated on the upper floor with wonderful view of the Caldera and the volcano.
Additionally, please be advised that Armeni Village offers one of the most lavish continental breakfast offered by hotels of similar category in Oia village.

Last but not least, we want to mention that a discount was given which was highly appreciated for any inconvenience we may have caused by our malfunctioning air-condition unit.

Kind regards

We had a wonderful 5 day stay, our room was amazing! Our private balcony (room 8) had a breathtaking view to the Caldera, the volcano and the Aegean sea ... Very clean accommodation. We would like to thank the hotel staff for their excellent service. Nikos served us a lovely breakfast with hot croissants and bread. The island is one of a kind. We highly recommend Armeni Village for your stay on the beautiful island of Santorini.

If you are looking for a small hotel with a pool and a view in Santorini- I will give Armeni Village my warmest recomondations! This is by far the prettiest place I have ever travelled to, and I have been in 40 countries. The hotel is ...as far as I know the best located/ situated hotel in Oia, and has an amaaaaazing 180 degree seaview, pluss right in the cliffs with the supercute houses. Dont stay anywhere but Oa when in Santorini. This is THE place to stay if you are travelling here. I find that alot of the other hotels dont have an outdoor pool, and if your going in july or august- it is dead on neccesary to be able to cool off. Its just a dream to sit by the pool and read a book or have some wine ( ps. they dont serve food of drinks, except breakfast) I couldnt think of a better place to stay here in Oia. This hotel has excellent service, great rooms ( number 10 was super nice! Private balcony and amazing view!!!!!) breakfast is served on your own balcony and the poolside is gorgeous and hangs on a cliff 150 down to the sea. All situated RIGHT in the heart of Oia, on the promenade. Its quiet, romantic and gorgeous! People walking by up on the main street- a tiled promenade (40 steps up) are gazing down in envy! The jacuzzi is nice and located right under rom 10. Well this stay has been a dream! Staying here is staying in paradise! Staff has been very helpful booking a catamaran cruise which was excellent, they arranged a massage in the privacy of my room with a prof. massage bed. Massage lady was well trained and excellent! Mr. Dimitripolous also reccomended great restaurants for fresh fish and local wine. Sunset here in Oia is one of a kind, and its nice here at the hotel, but a 5 minute stroll, will take you right to the spot, where you will see it setting into the horizon. Go have dinner there! Hotel will book a table for you. As for why I chose this hotel to others in the same catagory here in Oia? 1) The jacuzzi and the small, but elegant pool with its unbeatable 180 degree seaview and buildings! 2) Location- Oia supreme!!! 3) Value for money 4) gorgeous charming rooms in white Santorini cave-style. Only one thing left to say... I fed a starving cat on my balcony ( I allowed only this ONE cat onto here. It was one of many hungry cats if you look closely, but this one I named Thira... :) It had just given birth to a litter that she kept in the cliff bushes, but she came to me twice a day, on the balcony to get catfood. I hope people continue feeding her. Its important to keep feeding ONLY one cat IN ONE area, so they dont start a territorial fight. This has been fine. No catfights here. Only one cat coming around. If you only feed the one, the others will stay away. Unfortunately Santorini has a problem with stray cats and dogs. Dogs may look like they have a home, because they have collar, but in reality they are stray, and in off season many starve/thirst to death. They are just left here, with no seasonal workers or tourists to look after them. Anyways... my stay here has been superb!! Armeni Village is recomended!!!
