We really enjoyed our stay here and loved that the bus station ans caldera are short walks away. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable and clean. The only thing was the showerhead wasn't mounted very high, so showering was a little awkward, but when you're in Santorini who cares:)))

Location:Bus terminal is a 2 min walk from the door. Shuttle from port dropped us in front of hotel. Buses will take you to various parts of the island incl port and airport. Main desk has the bus schedule.
Room: Clean, and well maintained. Cleaning staff eager to make up room. Balcony is nice. Whichever room you take you will hear the traffic. Didn't bother me. No other in room amenities ie kettle/tea/coffee facilities. Hairdryer was provided. Wifi is included and worked. Refridgerator in the room.
No elevator if one has mobility issues.
They have a couple of lovable dogs at reception who just want to be loved. Really adorable.
Lots of food options around and in the hotel itself. Overall a good experience.
I needed to cancel my reservation the next day that I booked the room, and even though my reservation was non refundable, they wave the fee! They answer to my email in a fast way. Thanks a lot for your help!
We had stayed at this hotel previously so had no problem in booking a room here again. As other reviews have mentioned, the hotel is situated close to the main bus and taxi stations and is only a short walk away from the centre of Fira town. For travellers wishing to avoid the chaotic atmosphere of the bus station the hotel will arrange transfers to Athinios port or to the airport if the request is made on the day prior to the onward journey. The hotel location is relatively quiet for the area although it is almost impossible to avoid some people and traffic noise.
We received a courteous welcome plus information on the hotel and attached cafe bar. Our room looked as if it had been recently refurbished and was comfortable with a compact clean bathroom, complimentary bottles of water and good wifi reception. The hotel accommodation is upstairs on the first and second floors: I couldn't see any lift so travellers with walking difficulties are advised to check in advance of any potential booking. The cafe bar offers breakfasts, salads, crepes, omelettes, sweets and drinks.
Given the reported prices of nearby accommodation this hotel does offer good rooms at a reasonable price for central Fira town. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a fine budget option.
The hotel is basic but clean and very well priced for the location. The man on reception was very helpful, but his smoking in the reception area was not good. Breakfast was included in the rate but I went across to the cafe as people were smoking in the hotel bar. A terraced area outside is a nice place to sit, can glimpse sea views
The reviews here are underestimating the place, for the price we paid compared to the other properties it was really great value for money. The hotel is small and central but very clean. The house keeping excellent and the reception staff very helpful. The hotel is just a 2 min walk to the bus station and a 5 min walk to the caldera. I would really recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if we come to Santorini.
