Worst hotel stay of my life. Mattress and pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. Dogs barking outside all night long. The owners have 2 dogs and they are lose at night in the lobby which is wide open to the outside and the dogs roam around and bark all night. We were there for 3 nights and did not get a good nights sleep. Walls are paper thin even though they are stone.

well priced for the position, walking distance to bus station, town and a 1 minute stroll to watch a perfect sunset.

Best Customer service in recent past which is rare in these times. I had to cancel my Non Refundable reservation and the hotel was very understanding with the situation. Mr. Agyros the Hotel Manager not only empethize with the situation but agreed on refunding my money and went above and beyond to follow up if things are ok. I am definately going to stay in ths property when I am visiting as I am sure I will receive the same warmth and amazing hospitality.
The hotel’s location is perfect, right next to the main bus station, and Fira’s city center, with access to everything and everywhere.
Simple rooms, but comfortable and clean, helpful staff and excellent value for money.

Excellent location, just a few steps from the bus station and just a few minutes walking from the Caldera and volcano view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money, big and bright rooms with balcony.
Stayed only 1 night in a single room 203 with private bath and balcony. Room was a good size, very clean, had great wifi and strong a/c. Free water in the mini fridge was a nice touch. I was greeted warmly and checked-in efficiently by Costas. Location is excellent as it's around the corner from the Fira bus station. You're in the middle of all of the action. A pool would've been great but I knew this going in (this was a last minute booking due to a ferry cancellation).
