The self-guided tour of the house and the grounds was a delightful look at a fascinating historic community, with stunning architecture and gardens as the backdrop

We were there for the tour but no one was giving tours that day. The five dollar admission was reasonable. We did the self guided tour. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit but if you are in the area and it is a rainy day you might consider it.

Try their specialized tours offered throughout the year. The docents are knowledgeable and friendly. The Oneida Community was a fascinating group during a fascinating period in history. A visit here is well worth the time
