I and a friend stayed for four nights in this cottage. It is very private and quiet (off a country road) but within 10-15 minutes of the Rhinebeck town center. It is clean, beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds, a modern bathroom with nice shower, and a kitchen with everything you could need. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay!
Rhinebeck is a lovely town with wonderful restaurants. We ate at Terrapin, Gigi, Calico (a favorite!) and Cinnamon (Indian, recommended by our hosts and fabulous!) and had wonderful meals at all four. If you are a gardener, I highly recommend you visit Innisfree, a public garden about a half hour away. One of the nicest gardens I've ever visited and a highlight of our trip.
Thanks to Ali and Scott for a perfect visit.
